The Irresponsible BGMEA Leaders

The Irresponsible BGMEA Leaders
You who live in Bangladesh or Bangladeshi Citizen know BGMEA was established in 1982. in around 30 years, they have taken unlimited benefits from Government but yet they are not able to face a single crisis though the workers in Garments factory live the life of Mediterranean slaves. Immediate resignation of BGMEA present stupid leaders is demand of time.

Statistics clearly shows even in the world economic recession period, Bangladesh Garments Export in 2008>2007>2006>2005

The present Leaders of BGMEA demanded 3000 crore Taka (440 Million US$) from Government demand blackmailing the 25 laks worst paid hardcore poor labours. The Consequences of this demand are not understood by this Irresponsible leaders. It will raise questions,

  • The unprecedented posh life of these leaders (a large group after demanding Money left country for different purposes) went to abroad
  • if they are not able to pay the very small amount for the salary purpose of poor workers , Why will they do business
  • Is it believable that after 30 years BGMEA have failed to pay salary to the workers ?
  • Do the present BGMEA leaders have very ill motif ?

One thing is clear , we have to think whether our present Business leaders are fit enough to run the RMG business properly ? are our poor workers safe these irresponsible BGMEA Leaders?

Leadership and Price control

Time for Collective Leadership 2 break the previous set up:

Breaking the previous set up is the main challenge of Present Government of Bangladesh. The base of set up is unbridled flourishment of profit mongers. Government took preparation earlier to control the price in Ramadan but that preparation couldn’t forecast the causes and interlinked of market system. Commerce minister needs time to understand the mechanism of syndicated market system.

Its is really unimaginable hooliganism in price hiking as there is no crisis of supply at this moment. But at each area and at each market there are syndicate. So the sellers couldn’t sell the price which is decided by Market Committee (a baseline culprits for price hiking).

Single ministry all out try will not be effective. The dynamic and continuous fine tuning in collective leadership can work for market control. Monitoring is essential as now it is a matter of finger tips to know how much food products and which category have been imported. The internal production may also be know by the GIS system in Ministry of Agriculture.

No bureaucracy will work for it. It is the leadership but not single or Prime Minsiter Shaikh Hasina alone cant control it. She needs a strong team support …..at present there is a missing link in collective Leadership.

Solving Leadership Crisis

Solving Leadership Crisis
We have achieved many things after 71. But we could achieve more. there are many causes. but all the causes are dependent upon one independent cause. that is crisis of Leadership.

Crisis of Leadership have created crisis for the whole nation. 50% people lives very inhuman poor life, job opportunity is very very scanty for the large young generation.

we have some leaders in business, some leaders as Executives who are actually not serving the country. There is great missing link between development and leadership.

We like to close the gaps through nurturing the young leaders to stop continuous leadership crisis for at least next generation
